How to deal with complaints
We have established procedures to ensure all enquiries and complaints receive proper consideration and are dealt with appropriately. If you have a complaint about the service provided to you, please take the following steps:
1. Contact your Adviser
immediately and explain the complaint.
2. If your complaint is not
satisfactorily resolved within three days, please contact Compliance Manager,
Partnership Financial Services on 1300 362 082, or put your complaint in writing
and send it to us. We will try to resolve your complaint as quickly and fairly
as possible.
3. If you still do not receive a satisfactory outcome and you
wish to take your complaint further you can contact the following body, of which
